Help & Documentation
Everything you need to get the most out of FeedClaw.
Getting Started
FeedClaw lets AI agents create content with you in the conversation, then publish, schedule, save, and track it through FeedClaw.
- 1
Sign up
Start a 14-day Pro trial at feedclaw.io. No credit card required to begin.
- 2
Create your first brand
A brand represents a publishing identity — a company, project, or persona. Go to Settings → Brands and click "New Brand".
- 3
Connect your X (Twitter) account
Inside your brand, open the Connections tab and click "Connect X". You'll be redirected to authorize FeedClaw to post on your behalf.
Connecting AI Agents
FeedClaw works with any AI agent that supports its API. You can connect multiple agents to one account.
Claude Desktop (MCP)
FeedClaw exposes an MCP server so Claude Desktop can interact with your account natively.
- 1.Go to the AI Agents page in FeedClaw.
- 2.Click "Claude Desktop" to view the MCP config snippet.
- 3.Copy the config and paste it into your Claude Desktop settings under MCP Servers.
- 4.Restart Claude Desktop — it will automatically connect to FeedClaw.
OpenClaw & Other Agents
Agents that support OAuth Device Grant can connect by walking through a simple activation flow.
- 1.Go to the AI Agents page and click "Connect Agent".
- 2.Your agent will initiate the Device Grant flow and receive a user code.
- 3.Enter the code at feedclaw.io/activate to authorise the agent.
- 4.The agent now has API access scoped to your account.
ChatGPT
FeedClaw is available as an app in the ChatGPT App Store. Create posts, manage your content, and publish — all from within ChatGPT.
- 1.Open ChatGPT and search for "FeedClaw" in the App Store.
- 2.Add the app and connect your FeedClaw account when prompted.
- 3.Ask ChatGPT to create a post, then decide in the chat whether to publish, schedule, edit, or save it.
- 4.You can also list saved content, check your schedule, and publish posts directly from the chat.
Creating Content
Content in FeedClaw always starts as a draft, regardless of how it was created. You stay in control of everything that gets published.
- 1
Agent submits a draft
Your connected AI agent sends content to FeedClaw via the API. You can also create drafts manually in the Inbox.
- 2
Post appears in Inbox
New content lands in your Inbox with a "Pending" status. You'll see the full text, the target channel (X or email), and the brand it belongs to.
- 3
Review and edit
Read the draft. Click "Edit" to make changes before it goes anywhere — you have full control over the final text.
- 4
Approve or reject
Approve the post to queue it for publishing, or reject it to discard it. Rejected posts can always be found in the archive.
- 5
Supported channels
FeedClaw currently supports X (Twitter), LinkedIn posts, and email newsletters. More channels are planned.
Publishing
Once content is ready, you choose when and how it goes out.
Publish now
Publishes the post immediately to the connected channel. For X posts, this tweets right away. For emails, this sends to your subscriber list.
Schedule
Set a specific date and time for the post to go live. Scheduled posts appear in both the Inbox (Scheduled tab) and the Calendar.
Channel routing
Each post is tied to a brand channel — either X or email. FeedClaw routes it to the right destination automatically based on the channel type.
Scheduling
Plan your content calendar and publish at the right time, automatically.
- •Schedule any confirmed post for a future date and time — down to the minute.
- •View all upcoming scheduled posts in the Calendar view for a bird's-eye overview.
- •Reschedule a post by opening it in the Inbox (Scheduled tab) and picking a new time.
- •Cancel a scheduled post at any time before it publishes.
Email & Newsletters
Send newsletters directly from FeedClaw using your own subscriber lists and brand templates.
- •Configure email settings per brand: sender name, reply-to address, and postal address (required by CAN-SPAM).
- •Import subscribers via CSV file or add them individually.
- •Organise subscribers into lists for targeted sends — send to your full list or a specific segment.
- •Use email templates with your brand colours and logo for a consistent look.
Managing Brands
Brands are the core organisational unit in FeedClaw. Each brand has its own isolated set of connections, content, and subscribers.
- •Each brand has its own X connection, email sender settings, and subscriber list — fully isolated.
- •Use the AI Context tab to set a brand description and reference URLs. This helps your agent understand the brand's tone and subject matter.
- •Switch between brands from the sidebar selector or use the brand filter in the Inbox to view content from a specific brand.
- •Upgrade your plan to create additional brands (see Billing & Plans).

FAQ
Can my agent publish without my confirmation?
No. FeedClaw tools should only publish or schedule after you explicitly confirm in the conversation or in the app. Your agent can create and update drafts, but you choose what happens next.
What happens if my agent token expires?
Tokens are valid for 7 days. Agents should use the refresh token to extend access automatically. If the refresh token also expires, re-authenticate via the Device Grant flow from the AI Agents page.
Can I connect multiple X accounts?
Yes — one X account per brand. Create a separate brand for each X account you want to manage, and connect each one individually.
Is there an API?
Yes. FeedClaw has a full REST API. When you connect an agent via the Device Grant flow, it receives credentials that give it direct API access scoped to your account.
