By accessing or using FeedClaw (“the Service”), operated by FeedClaw (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeedClaw is an AI content approval and publishing infrastructure. The Service allows users to create, review, approve, and publish content across multiple channels including X/Twitter and email. The Service is also available through the FeedClaw GPT in the ChatGPT GPT Store, which provides an AI-powered interface to interact with the FeedClaw API.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Publish or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to generate or publish misleading or deceptive content

5. Content Ownership and License

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using FeedClaw, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated or modified through AI features, including the FeedClaw GPT, is subject to the same terms. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication, regardless of how it was created.

5.3 Publishing

When you approve content for publishing, you authorize FeedClaw to publish that content on your behalf to the channels you have configured. You are solely responsible for ensuring that published content complies with the terms of service of each destination platform.

6. GPT Store Integration

When using FeedClaw through the ChatGPT GPT Store:

• Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI's Terms of Use
• Authentication is handled via OAuth device grant flow
• The GPT acts as an interface to your FeedClaw account and does not have independent access to your data
• Content submitted through the GPT follows the same approval workflow as content submitted through the web interface

7. Third-Party Services

FeedClaw integrates with third-party services such as X/Twitter, email providers, and OpenAI. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FeedClaw in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeedClaw, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the platform. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
